1. Your Right of Withdrawal
TL;DREU consumers can walk away from a Clario.ai subscription within 14 days of subscribing, no reason needed.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, in accordance with Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This page restates the same right already set out in Terms of Service §5 as a standalone, easier-to-find instrument.
By starting to use AI processing within the 14-day window, you give your express consent for the Service to begin before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after the Service has begun, you pay an amount proportional to what has already been delivered, in accordance with Art. 246a § 1 para. 2 sentence 1 no. 5 EGBGB.
2. How to Exercise It

Send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal — email is fine — to billing@myclario.app. Include your name, the email address on your Clario.ai account, and the date you subscribed. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required — any clear statement works.

4. What Happens to Your Refund
TL;DRFull refund, same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We will refund all payments received from you, using the same means of payment, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice at billing@myclario.app. This is separate from — and in addition to — the goodwill refund policy described in Terms of Service §4, which covers dissatisfaction with the Service outside the 14-day statutory window.
To cancel a subscription without invoking the withdrawal right (e.g. after the 14-day window has passed), use Settings > Billing in the app — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for the remaining time, except as described above.
